1/Generalities
1.1/ These terms and conditions are designed to govern the contractual relationship between Diamond Clips and the customer defined below as the user of one of Diamond Clips accepting these terms and conditions of sale.
1.2/ These general conditions of sale shall specify the conditions for ordering , payment, delivery and management of potential returns of products ordered by customers.
2/How to put in an order:
2.1/ If the client wishes to place an order, he will fill, according to the information provided to him online, a form made available where he will include the information necessary to identify him and include his full name, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail.
2.2/ The client who has chosen the products shown will definitively validate his order, when given a summary on the screen, by clicking to demonstrate his commitment and acceptance of general conditions of sale.
2.3/ Any order placed with the Diamond Clips will be confirmed to the client by the sending of an order confirmation as soon as possible and in the following ways: e-mail, telephone or mail.
2.4/ Before the payment, order can be cancelled at any time by establishing a new order or by the non payment of the order.
2.5/ The Diamond Clips advises customers who order directly on its website to keep or print a copy of the order until the receipt of the e-mail order confirmation sent by Diamond Clips.
3/ Payment:
3.1/ All purchases made on one of the Diamond Clips sites shall be payable with order. No product can be shipped to a customer if this one has not paid in advance 100% of VAT products and any related shipping costs.
3.2/ In order to avoid any dispute about the amounts paid by the customer, Diamond Clips always address to him a confirmation of registration of the order.
3.3/ Diamond Clips Ltd reserves the right to suspend any order management and delivery in case of refusal of payment by credit card or other payment by the officially accredited agencies or in case of non payment or fraud, and they shall prosecute the author of the latter.
3.4/ Diamond Clips Ltd notably reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honour an order from a customer who would not have settled completely or partially a previous order or with whom a payment dispute would be ongoing.
4/ Product information:
4.1/ The Diamond Clips sites have to sell products with the characteristics necessary to comply with section 111-1 of the French Consumer Code, which provides the opportunity for potential buyers to know before taking the final order the essential characteristics of the products they want to buy.
4.2/ The documents that are associated with products on the Diamond Clips sites (descriptions, technical data, photographs, drawings, maps, graphics etc ) are indicative and do not commit Diamond Clips to respect the reality of the product and cannot call into question the validity of an order or a sale. Diamond Clips can in no case be required to reimburse or cancel orders due to the inability to use the purchased product because of an incompatibility with one or more components of the product.
4.3/ Products and prices on the sites of Diamond Clips are valid only within the limits of available stocks and do not give rise to any compensation in case of breakage or cancellation.
5/Prices:
5.1/ Selling prices of products are expressed in Euros all taxes included.
5.2/ Products prices may change at any time. The sale price used to buy a product corresponds to that seen online at the time of the order on the website (except typographical error).
5.3/ Any shipping and insurance are charged to the customer and are charged extra selling prices of products.
6/ Payment:
6.1/ Terms of payment. You can make your payment , either:
-By credit card: in this case, the payment is made on the PayPal site, uncontested leader in the field of online payment. The data you send in your payment are sent encrypted directly( without going through our site) to ultra secure PayPal servers. Diamond Clips has no knowledge of the information you transmit via PayPal. It's simple, safe and fast.
-By cheque: your order is then processed upon receipt of your cheque.
7/ Delivery time:
7.1/ If the item is available in stock, the timing is 24 to 72 hours. If our store is out of stock, the replenishment may take two or three weeks.
For France, Diamonds Clips uses the LETTER MAX service (from La Poste).(48hours).
For Europe( Germany, Denmark, Finland, Great Britain, Ireland,Netherlands, Portugal,Sweden, Switzerland), Diamond Clips Export Service uses the 3 d of La Poste (the timing is 3 days worked).
7.2/ Delivery will begin from the date of payment and /or certification of payment of the order.
7.3/ In case of " force majeure" or exceptional events (natural disaster, epidemic, strikes, lockouts, etc) delaying or prohibiting the delivery of goods, Diamond Clips is exempt from any responsibility.
7.4/ If Diamond Clips can't deliver within the time specified, the client will be offered a replacement product at a price equivalent to his purchase or a refund of his purchase.
8/ Claims:
8.1/ The formulation of this claim with Diamond Clips will be done by the customer's recorded delivery letter.
8.2/ Any claim not made according to the rules defined above and on time will not be taken into account and will free Diamond Clips from their responsibility to their customers.
9/ Money back:
9.1/ From the date of delivery of your order, you have a period of 7 days to exercise your right to cancel. However, only the products returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be refunded ( shipping and returns are charged to the customer).
9.2/ The customer being solely responsible for the parcel and its content, during the return of goods, we invite you to take all necessary steps to ensure the risk of loss, theft or damage. To ensure better monitoring of your package, you can, if you wish, ask for a return number.
